Turkey Hill Fall Fest 2025 Lineup. Since the very first “fall music fest” on october 4th, 1992, we have been blessed to have some incredible performers grace the stage at fallfest! Fallfest, an annual country music festival, will be held sunday, october 8, at overlook community campus in lancaster.
